VenueAgent is a website that offers a database of venues in your area with discounted dates. Allowing venues to fill in any unbooked days, you can save a bundle on a venue for a business meeting, luncheon, shower, birthday, fundraiser, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, you name it party.

You can, however you miss out on the most important features when you aren’t logged in. Registering as a user gives you a private profile where you can save your favorite venues, compare offers, and manage your messages. Most importantly- you can only request appointments and book a venue when you are registered.

VenueAgent can save you upto 60% on your entire event. We have a preferred vendor database that we connect you with after you book your venue online via VenueAgent. Once you have your confirmation number (immediately after booking) you can contact our vendors. The best part is that our vendors offer a minimum of 20% off regular pricing along with exclusive packages they will offer no where else, at any time. VenueAgent truly is your key to deep discounts over your entire event.

Your profile is completely free. VenueAgent makes a commision per transaction on dates listed with us.

After you register your venue via our register a venue page, your basic venue profile opens up. VenueAgent is notified of a new venue registration and after checking authenticity will advance your profile so you can begin to list the availability within your facility.

You can list unlimited dates. You can also list multiple types (corporate/social/wedding) of offers and pricing on one single date. You can also have a different offer on every room in your facility, on any single date.

Yes. Our goal is to give our users the opportunity to save as much as possible on their event. Offering discounted pricing along with exclusive pricing not only helps the user, but helps to fill in gaps in your calendar.

If you qualify, and there is space in your category, all you have to do is offer at least a 20% discount along with an exclusive package deal that you do not offer to anyone or anywhere else.
