At VenueAgent, we are a tech sophisticated bunch. Everyone on our team is tech focused, and savvy about your online presence. Your venue profile page is optimized through meta tags, descriptions, keywords, and other complicated techie stuff. Everything from your venue images down to your last venue amenity is professionally optimized for the best online positioning for your event space or venue.

When you self register, you will be directed to your venue dashboard. You can enter as little or as much info at that time as you would like. The VenueAgent team is immediately notified, and will follow up within one day to begin the vetting process. It is very simple, and generally your venue profile can go live on VenueAgent within a few days once we have approved your membership.

We do not have a limit on the number venue members we will allow. We do handpick all of our venue members, so you can be confident that we take very seriously who makes the list. The significance here is that your venue or event space is distinctive- not a commodity. Each space brings a uniqueness, and no matter how many venues are members you can be sure that none of them will compare directly with another.

The beauty of your VenueAgent membershipis that it's an immediate ROI. The value of a positive professional review, user reviews, the ability to control your online presence, images, and other membership benefits, all impact your brand immediatly.

In addition, and unlike traditional marketing efforts (like print or other interruption type marketing which is next to impossible to track) you can track several metrics very closely. Through your venue dashboard you can see your profile views, through your website analytics you can see how much traffic VenueAgent is driving to your site, you will be getting direct contact forms from VenueAgent from qualified event hosts, and of course it's always good practice to ask your event customers ‘where they heard about’ you- as clientle will often just call you directly.

Unfortunately, we restrict our venue memberships to spaces that are either untapped/unique or truly distinctive venues. While we have enjoyed many events and business functions at traditional event facilities and banquet halls, these event space types are not a good fit for VenueAgent. However, if your banquet hall or event center does offer something that is truly unique or unlike any other event space, please apply here for consideration.

Anyone that is a registered user on VenueAgent can review venues. However, all venue members can monitor their reviews on their venue dashboard. In the rare case that there would be a ‘disputed’ review, it can be submitted to VenueAgent to be considered for removal from the site.

The best way to contact venues is to use the contact form on their venue profile page. This way your email message is answering specific questions that help the venue contact know what you are planning. It takes only seconds!

Each venue profile has a (+) Favorite button. When you click this button you will either be prompted to register as a user (super quick and easy!), or if you have previously registered this button will save the venue to your profile right away. Your profile is a great way to save, review, and contact your favorite venues for upcoming events!

Yes! We love reviews and it is a wonderful way to tell others that are planning their event what individual experiences were like at each venue. Review as often as you can!
