VenueAgent is a website that offers a database of venues in your area with discounted dates. Allowing venues to fill in any unbooked days, you can save a bundle on a venue for a business meeting, luncheon, shower, birthday, fundraiser, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, you name it party.

When you book your event venue online via VenueAgent, we offer an event concierge service with each booking. Our event concierge will reach out to you promptly upon your booking to discuss any event needs you may have. You will be provided with contacts and professionals in our preferred vendor network, and appointments can be arranged for you as part of this service. Even beyond that, your event concierge will offer planning insights and advice, custom event timelines, and other useful tools that will help you host a memorable event!

No problem, event hosts often want to visit the venue space prior to booking. You can easily request an appointment through the website. After viewing the space, you can log back on to secure your date. Many of our venues also support a VenueAgent BookIt button on their websites, and this is also a great way to access the venue information and book your date. 

Remember that booking online is the ONLY was to benefit from our event concierge service for your event.

VenueAgent provides the ability for venue owners and management to market vacancies, manage appointment requests and confirm actual bookings.

Your profile is completely free. We do all the work nessessary to list your space, including offering certified professional photography of your space to show it off as best as possible. It is our goal to create additional revenue for you through events facilitated.

VenueAgent makes a commision per transaction on dates listed with us.

After you register your venue via our register a venue page, your basic venue profile opens up. VenueAgent is notified of a new venue registration and after checking authenticity will advance your profile so you can begin to list the availability within your facility.

Each metro area has opportunity for qualified event vendors to take a place as part of our preferred vendor network. We offer only a limited amount of space per category. You can inquire about space in your category via email, info@venueagent.com.

No. It would be nice to extend a special VenueAgent offer, but this is decided by each vendor individually and not required whatsoever.

If you qualify and there is space in your category, there is a $35 monthly charge. Discounted by 10% for yearly agreements.
