Leapin Lizard is probably the most eclectic venue space in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. When you walk in through the wooden arched doors, you see immediately that your are in a wonderland of mixed media art, color, stained glass, sky high ceilings, and something to be in awe of at every turn. The main level is funky and eclectic, naturally perfect for a cocktail party, engagement party, concert, or really any event where the guests are up for a great time.
As if Leapin Lizard Venue wasn't perfect enough from the main floor, once you make your way up the curvy staircase you will most certainly loose your breath when you lay eyes on this massive room that resembles churches of yesteryear. Blond hardwood floors, floor to ceiling stained glass windows penetrate the space with a romantic glow, and an enormous organ at the back of the room. However, be certain that there are a few surprises around every corner upstairs too!
The combination of the two floors make for a match made in heaven for a ceremony and reception. With many ways to organize your party, it will be nothing short of fantastic!

The staff members are very flexible, and allow all day access to prepare for your event.
Catering is not provided at Leapin Lizard, as this is a site rental facility only. However, drink packages are available for all events. 15% gratuity will be added onto any drink package purchased.

Leapin Lizard is a hidden gem in Northern Ky.
This venue is perfect for an intimate wedding because you have the gorgeous stained glass upstairs which gives you that "church/chapel" feel. Yet you have the eclectic vibe downstairs for the reception. It really makes the wedding flow and gives it a different feel during every element of your wedding and reception. This is a venue that is unique to Cincinnati/Northern Ky. and definitely worth looking into.

My husband and I were the first wedding ceremony and reception held at the Leapin Lizard. We were looking for a unique location rather than a traditional ballroom and were not dissapointed. The owners worked with our catering company hand in hand to pull off a great evening. Three years later our guests still talk about how "us" the venue was. Best part - your photographer will thank you a million times because the building photographs beautifully both in and out!
